Tehno-Praji, o noua fata a mea 🙂
Cred ca in anii 80-90 toti copiii erau indragostiti de bezele. Stiu sigur ca eu eram unul dintre ei. Insa dragostea mea pentru stelutele colorate nu se compara cu dragostea pe care o avea, de altfel o are si acum, fratele meu Stefan. Pentru el bezelele erau venite din rai; le manca cu atata placere incat ti se facea pofta privindul. Bine, fie vorba intre noi, le manca pana i se facea rau. :)) Anii, au trecut Stefan a crescut, insa tot indragotit de bezele a ramas. De cand a devenit tatic, nu e singurul care iubeste prajiturelele astea crocante si foarte dulci. Cred ca iubirea asta se transmite prin gene. Fiica lui, nepotica mea frumoaso-dragalaso-simpatica si-a declarat iubirea pentru bezele cand, gasind la mine in bucatarie cateva uitate pe blat, nu a mai putut-o opri nimeni din degustat, una cate una… pana cand aproape le-a terminat. Nu ma intrebati cate capace mi-am luat pentru ca I-am dat copilului atata zahar… na, am comis-o. Buba nu-I ca am comis-o atunci, ci am comis-o si de Craciun, cand lovita de arta creatiei le-am facut cadou celor doi, tata si fiica, un bradut din bezele. Si ei si familia, dar si voi ati fost foarte incantati de dragalasenia verde si, de atunci, tot primesc mesaje sa va dau reteta de bezele.
Am zis ca imi rezerv o zi speciala sa le fac, nu neapart pentru ca dureaza mult coptul, ci pentru ca dupa ce le fac, un praf alb se depune in casa. Eu in zahar pun si amidon si in momentul in care pun lingura cu lingura combinatia de zahar+amidon in mixer, o ceata desnsa se desfasoara in bucataria mea. Nemaipunand la socoteala faptul ca daca ai scapat o bezea pe jos, pana aici ti-a fost, numai bucati si bucatele de bezea crocanta se astern pe pardoseala din bucatarie. De ce va spun asta?! Pentru ca de acum incolo acesta problema nu va mai exista in Bucataria Prajiturelei si asta pentru ca am langa mine un adevarat cavaler… diabolic, de fapt un Dirt Devil Cavalier, cunoscut si sub numele de cel mai prietenos aspirator din bucataria oricarei gospodive. Yaya, ati auzit bine, baiatul asta e un aspirator portabil care sta exact la indemana, cand ai spart o bezea, scapat punga cu faina sau zahar, zbang ai tras de cateva ori cu el si treaba-i gata. Chestia faina e ca nu-Ii cu cablu sau sac, e mic si are… pam pam 2 kilograme. Ti-e mai mare dragul sa faci un dans cu el prin bucatarie. Asadar, va fac cunostinta cu Bezele colorate si noul Cavalier din bucataria mea.
- Ingrediente pentru 25-30 de bezele
- 3 albusuri
- 150 g zahar tos
- 3 lingrite rase cu amidon
- 1 lingurita de otet
- 1 praf de sare
- colorant alimentar (optional)
- Amestecam zaharul cu amidonul
- Punem albusurile intr-un bol foarte curat (de preferat din inox sau stica; plasticul retine uneori grasimi si nu este indicat)
- Batem albusurile cu praful de sare pana cand se formeaza o spuma usoara-translucida
- Cand s-a format spuma usoara incepem sa adaugam treptat cate o lingura de zahar (amestecat cu amidon). Atentie - nu adaugam urmatoarea lingura pana cand nu s-a topit zaharul adaugat anterior (adica pana cand nu mai vedem granulele de zahar in albus)
- Mixam/batem pana obtinem o spuma alba, lucuioasa, care nu se desprinde de pe paletele mixerului/telului
- Adaugam otetul, apoi mai mixam cateva secunde
- Daca le dorim colorate, separam comozitia si o punem in atatea boluri cate culori dorim
- Punem cate 1 varf de cutit de colorant alimentar, daca flosim pudra, sau 1-2 picaturi, daca folosim lichid
- Pe o tava (tava cu care vine dotat cuptorul) punem hartie de copt
- Punem compozitia intr-un pos cu dui, cu floare sau cu stea, in functie de cum ne dorim forma
- Usor, fara sa formam posul (pentru a nu scoate aerul din albusuri) punem moate de bezea in tava (distantate doar putin una de alta, deoarce acestea isi vor modifica usor volumul)
- Coacem la cuptorul preincalzit la 120 de grade pentru o ora.
- Dati focul la cea mai mica treapta si coaceti bezele cu usa foarte putin intredeschisa (puneti o lingura de lemn in usa cuptorului, astfel veti ajunge la o temperatura de 120-130 de grade )

Am facut un con din hartie cartonata pe care l-am invelit in folie alimentara
Am pregatit glazura din 2 albusuri (se face ca aici) si am colorat-o verde, apoi, am vopsit cu ea conul si -am fixat pe un carton de tort (in cazul meu, auriu), apoi am lasat glazura sa se usuce
Restul de glazura l-am pus intr-un pos si cu ajutorul lui am lipit bezele pe con, de jos in sus, sprijinidu-le pe cede de deasupra pe cele de dedesubt (pentru a avea sustinere pana la uscare)
La final, am lipit din loc in loc (tot cu glazura) bombonele si drajeuri.
Simplu, nu?

Nu se poate folosi zahar pudra? Am mai incercat si alte retete si nu mi-au iesit, sper ca reteta ta sa imi iasa.
Se poate folosi si zahar pudra, insa eu iti recomand zahar tos fin, ametecat cu putin amidon.
Frumos si cam atat, sanatos ioc. Un dezastru pentru dintii si corpul copiilor mai ales cele 3 ingrediente : otet, zahar si colorant alimentar. O bomba cu efect intarziat doar de dragul frumusetii si gustului.
Sa inteleg ca ati inceput o campanie de critica la orice reteta o postez. Nu-I nimic, desi sunteti anonim, eu accept sa fac public comentariul. Nu am sustinut ca zaharul este sanatos si nici nu v-am obligat pe dvs. sau cititorii sa faca aceasta reteta. Asa ca sunteti liber/a sa nu o faceti. O zi buna va doresc!

Dia, cred ca acum inteleg ce ma intrebi de fapt. Am pus putin colorant In bezea si nu am amestecat complet pentru a ramane parti mai intense la culoare. Apoi am pus totul intr-un pos cu dui si am spitat in tava. )
