Pe data de 10 septembrie s-a lansat in Bucuresti Celebrul Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier, una dintre cele mai cunoscute scol iculinare la nivel internațional sub coordonarea presedintele Asociatiei Disciples Auguste Escoffier in Romania, Stefan Oprea.

Impreuna cu renumitul Master Chef francez David Contant, cel care a adus programul de bucatarie frantuzeasca Escoffier pe piata din Romania si din Europa de Est, vor pune bazele unei pepiniere de bucatari chefi profesionali, care vor avea acces la o programa de studio create in Franta.

Avand o colaborare de 10 ani cu Centrul de Afaceri Francez ABC Oprea Holding & Associates si alaturi de partenerul Bilancia, una dintre cele mai importante companii din Europa ce activeaza in sectorul distributiei de utilaje si accesorii pentruindustria os pitalitatii, David Contant va dezvolta programele Institutului Culinar Disciples Escoffier in cadrul Bilancia, beneficiind de o bucatarie profesionala dotata cu toate echipamentele siutilajele necesare pentru demonstratiile culinare si sesiunile de curs, urmare a unei ample investitii invaloare de 250.000 de Euro.

Programa

Programa cursurilor este creata de initiatorii institutului din Franta si aplicata in Romania de profesorii, David Contant si Ciprian Nicolescu.

In urma absolvirii celor 3 module Escoffier isi propune ca toti cursantii sa aiba o viziune ampla asupra artei culinare, sa fie capabili sa profeseze cu professionalism meseria de bucatar si sa transmita pasiunea pentru arta gastronomica prin fiecare produs pregatit in propriul stil.

Module sunt acreditate de Ministerul Invatamantului si Ministerul Muncii

In cadrul cursurilor, care sunt organizate pe 3 niveluri (nivel basic, nivel intermediar, nive lavansat), cursantii vor studia si practica arta culinara pe curricula inspirata de traditia si valorile de baza ale gastronomiei frantuzesti, avand la baza renumita carte “Le Guide Culinaire” scrisa de Auguste Escoffier.

Diploma obtinuta la absolvirea cursurilor   Level 5 Certificate in French Cuisine – diploma acreditata de Ministerul Educatiei din Franța, oferacursantilor o recunoastere la nivelinternational in domeniul artei culinaresi posibilitatea de a-si continua cariera in domeniul culinary in cele mai prestigioase restaurante de la nivel international (valabil pentru cei care absolva cursurile modulelor II Intermediar, respectiva III Avansati). 

Prin programul ,,Investește in tine”, cursantii pot solicita credit bancar in conditii avantajoase, dobânda 0%, posibilitate de a rambursa pana la 10ani.
