Cuburi de supa organica si legume deshidratate. De unde le cumpar si la ce le folosesc

De fiecare data cand postez pe Instagram stories o poza cu un cub de supa sau legume deshidratate primesc cel putin 3 intrebari in care imi cereti detalii despre ce sunt si de unde le cumpar. Drept urmare, am concluzionat ca este nevoie sa va dau mai multe detalii despre aceste ingrediente care mie nu-mi lipsisesc din dulap.

Legume deshidratate:

Pe langa legume proaspete, in aproape orice mancare sarata adaug si legume deshidratate.  Chiar simt ca dau un plus de gust, de aroma si textura. De regula produsele pe care le folosesc eu sunt o combinatie de rosii, radacinoase si verdeturi. Le folosesc in supe, ciorbe, iahnii, tocane, fripturi, practic in orice.

In prezent folosesc legume deshidratate de la de la Bunatai Uscate: macinate fin, cu sare; maruntite si intregi – le comand prin mesaj direct pe pagina lor de Facebook. Si de la Solaris: maruntite, marunite cu sare. Le cumpar din magazinele naturiste, de pe Plantini.ro sau de pe Solrais.ro

De cand am descoperit aceste cuburi, gustul mancarurilor mele s-a schimbat. E ca si cum ai adauga supa de oase  si legume in fiecare preparat. De fapt chiar adaugi, doar ca sub forma de pasta compacta.

Eu nu am mereu in congelator supa de oase sau legume, asa ca de cele mai multe ori optez pentru aceste cuburi.

Ce sunt ele de fapt: sunt stock sau supa de legume si legume cu carne reduse sub forma de pasta fparte densa. Faptul ca sunt bio sau ecologice certifica faptul ca au ingrediente de calitate si nu contin ingrediente modificate genetic sau monoglutamat de sodiu.

Folosesc aceste cuburi, ca si legumele deshidratate, in foarte multe preparate: supe, ciorbe, tocane, risotto si chiar cand fierb orez, arpacas sau cous cous.

De asemenea am vazut ca cei de la Sonnentor au si supa/stock la borcan. De abia astept sa o incerc.
