Fara scortisoara viata e pustiu

Ideea acestui articol mi-a venit cand am constatat ca eu folosesc scortisoara foarte, dar foarte des, atat in bucatarie, cat si in ingrijirea persoanala. 

Scortisoara pare un ingredient pe care il ai acolo…  ai un plic tocit din care iei cate un varf de lingurita sau vreun baton primit cadou de la o prietena intr-un ornament de Craciun. Ai sa te miri cand vezi mai jos cata nevoie ai de scortisoara in viata ta.

Da, suna ciudat… pui, lapte si scortiosara. Nu e ciudat deloc, ba dimpotriva este cea mai faina metoda de pregatire a unui pui intreg. Si nu o spun numai eu. O spun multi prieteni, cunoscuti si bloggeri.

2. Melcii fragezi cu scortisoara si stafide.

Daca nu iti plac stafidele, ii faci doar cu scortisoara. Pe langa faptul ca la tine in casa va mirosi ca in casa de turta dulce a visurilor tale, vei avea asigurat micul dejun pentru cel putin 3 zile. Asta, evident, daca nu le dai gata intr-o seara alaturi de prieteni.

3. Masca minune cu scortisoara!

Este unul dintre uleiurile care parfumeaza casa noastra. Datorita lui odorizantele din comert, pline de chimicale si mirosuri sintetice, au devenit istorie.

Cum procedez: pun pe calorifer/soba un bol cu apa si picur acolo cateva picaturi de ulei esential. Prin incalzirea apei, uleiul se va evapora si va aroma incaperea.

Cunoscute si ca cele mai usoare si cele mai fragede fursecuri cunoscute omului.

7 . Inamicul numarul unu al furnicilor

Anul acesta ne-am confruntat cu o mini invazie de furnici. Am vrut sa cumpar niste sprayuri cu insecticid insa mirosul lor este atat de deranjant, incat eu una nu il suport. Asa ca am cautat pi internet si Internetul mi-a zis sa pun la crapaturile pe unde cred eu ca vin furnici niste scortisoara. Ghiciti ce: furnicile nu au mai aparut. Nu degeaba umbla vorba: „If it is on internet it must be true.” :))
