Prajitura cu ganache de ciocolata si @baileysromania! Finete, delicatete si decadenta cu cicolata si irish cream. Si cu asta cred ca am definit minunatia pe care o vedeti in aceste cadre.

Mai jos va las reteta si va indemn cu ardoare sa o incercati.

Ingrediente (pentru o forma cu diametrul de 18 cm):
Pentru blat:
90 g faina
50 ml Bailey’s
110 g unt
120 g zahar
35 g cacao
2 oua
50 ml smantana
O lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu
Un praf de sare

Pentru crema ganache:
120 g ciocolata neagra
120 ml frisca lichida
20 ml Baileys
1 cub de unt
Un praf de sare

Cum procedam:

Blatul:

Intr-un bol, amestecam ingredientele umede: ouale, untul topit, Baileys si smantana cu zaharul.

In alt bol cernem impreuna cacao, faina si sarea si le turnam peste compozitia umeda.

Amestecam doar pana la incorporare – nu mai mult.

Punem intr-o forma rotunda cu diametrul de 18 cm si coacem la 170 grade (ventilatie) pentru 50 de minute.

Crema:

Infierbantam (nu fierbem) frisca si o turnam peste ciocolata impreuna cu Bailey’s.

Lasam 2 minte deoparte, apoi adaugam cubul de unt si sarea si amestecam pana obtinem o crema lucioasa.

Dam la rece pana se coace blatul. Dupa ce blatul e copt, il lasam 5 minute in tava, apoi il scoatem si il lasam sa se raceasca complet.

La final, cand crema de ciocolata si blatul s-au racit, mixam crema pana isi dubleaza volumul si o distribuim pe prajitura.

Alcoolul din acest desert cu crema Bailey’s nu este evaporat complet. Recomandat doar celor 18+. Reteta video o gasiti si pe Instagram.
